About the course

We designed this course as a massively accessible option of our in-person training, distilling our full training into an online format that includes the explanation of all the exercises, the theory behind the method, trouble-shooting tips and more. Through a series of 25 short video lessons, we explain how to carry out all of the 20 exercises included in the method. Each exercise includes the objective, procedure, possible instructions, the reasoning behind the exercise, and more.

Solid understanding

Each video gives you a detailed explanation of each exercise. We also include additional videos explaining the theory behind the method (altruistic motivation, behavioural change) to leave you with a solid understanding.

Concrete Tools

Ready-to use tools allow you to start your workshops today. In addition to the videos, you get the full 82 page facilitator's manual, and gain access to unlimited downloadable workbooks.

Time

The course is designed to be done in 30 minute sessions over 10 weeks. All material is accessible immediately, and people are welcome to complete the course in whatever time frame suits them best.
